Glenn Jorgensen

Glenn Jorgensen, a near-lifelong Smithtown resident, brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in Smithtown’s Highway Department, having worked his way up from an entry-level position to Highway Superintendent through hard work and dedication. As Highway Superintendent, Glenn put his experience and leadership to work by repaving up to 30 miles of road in a single year and introducing modern maintenance programs to extend the life of our roads. He also secured state and federal funds to support further infrastructure improvements in Smithtown. Glenn is committed to continuing these improvements: upgrading the town’s equipment, keeping streets safe and smooth, and ensuring Smithtown’s roads are in reliable hands for years to come.
